Our Director

Troy Todd has 30 years of strategic, organisational, and operational experience leading complex and multi-disciplinary teams across multiple regional and state locations.
Having worked with small to medium sized business, automotive, passenger transport, community organisations and some of Australia’s iconic brands such as Qantas and Sydney Airport Troy understands the day-to-day pressures that affect business owners and leaders. His industry knowledge is backed by his formal qualifications including a Master of Leadership with Distinction from Deakin University and broad ranging industry qualifications.
